My third Bikram yoga class went great. No dizziness, no almost passing out! I am excited. Since class #2 on Friday was so hard for me (see previous post) I was a bit concerned about this morning’s class, but all went well. It actually felt really good! I drank a lot of water last night (no wine) and I brought a sports drink instead of plain water to class. Perhaps that helped. Unfortunately with the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I’ll be traveling and won’t make it back to class for a week. Hopefully I won’t have to start over…
